TOURISTIC FIELD IN LIOPETRI, FAMAGUSTA

Touristic field in Liopetri Community of Famagusta District. It is situated at a distance approximately 1.5 km east from the local beaches and approximately 900 m south of Larnaca - Paralimni road connection. It has a rectangular shape with an even surface and it is landlocked. The property is located approximate 320 meters southwest of the nearest registered road. Part of the property (about 48%) falls within the Τ3β Tourist Zone as defined on the maps of the Local Plan of Famagusta District while the remaining 52% falls within the Sovereign British Base Area. According to the zone plan released in 2022 in the Sovereign British Base Area, the property falls within the Τ3β Tourism Zone. Within the Τ3β Tourist Zone, various tourist uses are allowed with the corresponding growth factors.
